Your audio files are not uploaded to or stored on Mediabeats’ servers unless explicitly stated for certain features. This design is intended to ensure privacy and control over your data.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using AudioTools.
- You must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to use, modify, and process any files through the service.
- You agree not to use AudioTools to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violating the rights of others.
Privacy and Security
Because files are processed locally in your browser, MediaBeats does not collect, store, or access your files unless you opt in to features that require server interaction. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Limitations of Liability
Mediabeats provides AudioTools “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. Mediabeats is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of AudioTools, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or unauthorized access to your device.
Intellectual Property
The AudioTools application, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Mediabeats. You may use the service as permitted by these Terms, but may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the application.

Termination
